LEWAS holds a special place in my heart as it was one of the first shows I had the privilege to work on. Collaborating with a talented group of experienced women in the energy industry, my main objective was to promote the prestigious LEWAS Awards and generate registrations for the annual symposium.

The success of this event went beyond our efforts alone. We actively sought partnerships with organizations that shared our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), specifically in promoting inclusivity and gender equity within the energy sector and beyond.

Working towards these goals was a deeply rewarding experience. LEWAS served as a platform to recognize and honor the achievements of women in the energy industry while advocating for a more diverse and inclusive work environment.
