ABOUT BUBBL'D
Bubble Tea is the type of niche that was ever-growing, especially in Dubai. I recognized that there was an increase in small home-based business and I took it upon myself to consider a 'side hustle', last year. There was no particular boba business in this region that claimed itself as vegan and gluten-free which I saw great scope in. By only using social media and word-of-mouth (WOM), I have successfully sold a 100 packs of BUBBL'D boba.
THE BRAND
Logo & Branding Elements
The prospect of building a brand entirely from the ground up was exhilarating. Particularly exciting was the fact that I was responsible for crafting everything – from the logo, mission, and vision to the packaging. Apart from the product, the packaging's appearance, user-friendliness, and practicality garnered widespread admiration.
Target Audience
Dubai has gained recognition for its delectable cuisine and its vibrant celebration of diverse cultures, spanning across food, clothing, and more. Moreover, there's been a noticeable influx of boba-related content on popular social media platforms like TikTok. My primary focus is on engaging with the active Gen-Z and millennial users who frequent Instagram and TikTok.

Utilizing tools like Canva, I crafted relatable and visually appealing material, all while remaining attuned to the market atmosphere and capitalizing on trending topics.

I had the privilege of teaming up for a giveaway alongside the skilled food blogger and photographer, Jasmine Jose (@kala.jamoon). Surprisingly, this collaboration generated more attention for the brand than our advertisements did. This experience underscores the effectiveness of influencer marketing as a potent avenue for promoting a brand, regardless of its size.

Prior to launching the brand, a valuable lesson I acquired from my research was the significance of employing targeted hashtags rather than generic ones. Understanding the audience and their preferences proved essential. To accomplish this, I conducted a thorough analysis of competitors, delving into the hashtags they employed to attract potential customers.
